Green slate is new to our range for 2016, it comes from the same quarry as our blue/black slate and forms the top layer of slate in the quarry, as a result this is more scarce than the more readily available Blue/black and is subject to availability. At first glance it does not look much different to the more common blue/black slate, but when you look more closely you will see that the colour is a green/grey colour and it is much lighter, the grain is also different and this can be seen much more clearly when the slate is wet or has been sealed with oil.
These are available from stock in a limited range of sizes as follows;

120cm x 90cm OUT OF STOCK
We can also cut these to size (within the standard stock size range)
Please note; Slate is a natural product, each piece is totally unique with its own particular characteristics, the texture on the face varies from slab to slab and it may also contain natural flaws such as an uneven face, slight laminations or veins of quartz running through the slab, please be aware of this when ordering. We have uploaded several pictures of different pieces, please take time to view the picture gallery before ordering. If you have specific requirements it is advisable to discus this before you order so we can advise if we are able to meet your specific requirements.
